MARTIN ENSBURY is the founder of The Ensbury Group, an affiliate of Keller Williams Commercial. Martin has been in the real estate business for over 39 years. Martin and his team have sold over 750 apartment buildings, the largest of which sold in excess of $50 million, over 30 shopping centers, and numerous industrial and single-tenant properties. He specializes in representing clients in the acquisition, sale, and 1031 tax-deferred exchange of apartment buildings, shopping centers, and single tenant NNN properties. He has also represented tenants and landlords in the leasing of retail and office space.
Prior to forming The Ensbury Group, Martin was with Marcus & Millichap, a commercial brokerage company with over 1,500 agents in 38 offices across the country. He worked in the Long Beach office for over 13 years, where he was the #1 producing agent for 8 of those years. Following his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Martin was affiliated with RE/MAX where he was awarded the Chairman’s Club awards for 2006 and 2007, as well as the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in 2008. Since affiliating with Keller Williams Commercial, Martin has been awarded the KW Platinum Award in 2013, 2014, and 2015, and the KW Double Platinum Award in 2016, 2017, and 2018.

MIKE MILLEA has been involved in South Bay real estate for over 40
years both as a real estate broker and as an investor.
Prior to joining The Ensbury Group eight years ago, Mike worked at Marcus & Millichap for seven years, where he focused on representing estates and trusts in connection with the disposition
of real estate assets. He also assisted many clients with 1031 exchanges.
Mike’s concentration on estate and trust disposition evolved from his 15 year career as a California
licensed tax and real estate attorney. For ten of those years, Mike was a California Bar Association
Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Although Mike is no longer practicing law,
his experience as a practicing attorney gives him an advantage in understanding the more complex
aspects of trust and estate dispositions and allows for efficient interaction with lawyers and CPA’s often
involved in transactions.
Mike received his undergraduate degree in Economics from UCLA in 1980, his Juris Doctor from U.C.
Hastings Law School in 1983, and his Masters in Tax Law from New York University in 1984. Mike has
resided in Manhattan Beach, California, for more than 60 years.
KEITH MORET is a multi-family apartment specialist with an emphasis on the Westside, Mid-City, Jefferson Park, and South Los Angeles apartment markets. Keith joined The Ensbury Group in 2016 after seven successful years with RE/MAX Commercial. For the last three years, Keith has been awarded the ‘Millionaire Real Estate Agent’ award by Gary Keller for his outstanding sales performances. Prior to 2008, he enjoyed an exceptional career in advertising as West Coast Director for Architectural Digest and House and Garden Magazines, respectively. He also served as Southern California Director of Marketing for ‘This Old House’ television show on PBS. Keith brings a high-level of integrity, passion, and enthusiasm that has generated positive results for his clients. His commitment to serving the community resulted in being elected Vice-Chairman of the Project Area Committee for Herb Wesson’s City Council District 10, which he served on for 2 years. Being an apartment owner himself, Keith understands the emotions when buying and selling and how to passionately relate to clients during the process and help guide them through a smooth transaction. Keith is an active member of AAGLA (Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles) and resides in Mar Vista with his wife, Jackie.

Prior to joining The Ensbury Group, Joe worked with colleges and universities nationwide for over 25 years, assisting them with the acquisition and funding of complex technology. He brings those same analytical, negotiation and financial skills to multi-family and residential real estate deals. Joe is a graduate of University of Arizona. He is also a 35 year resident of Manhattan Beach, California, where he is actively involved in the community including having served on the City Council Facilities Committee. Additionally, he is a frequent columnist with the Daily Breeze newspaper.

He joined The Ensbury Group as an Associate in 2016.
Jon closed $13.5M in total sales volume in 2017, and $16M in 2018. Jon prides himself on bringing his market knowledge, passion, expertise, and tireless work ethic to benefit his clients when helping them buy, sell and complete 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. Coming from a family with a real estate construction background, Jon understands the value-add component to apartment buildings and how to guide his clients in the right direction to achieve their end goal of market rent stabilization.
Jon received his college undergraduate degree from The University of Hawaii. Jon values continuing education and has taken several advanced real estate courses with UCLA Extension.

BOB CRANDALL brings 25 years of wide-ranging commercial real estate
experience to The Ensbury Group. Prior to joining
The Ensbury Group, Bob was with the Royce Company and C R E
Properties in West Los Angeles. Bob has represented buyers and sellers
of office, industrial, retail, single family and multifamily properties. He
has also represented landlords and tenants in the leasing of office,
retail and industrial properties. Additionally, he represents
business owners in selling their businesses throughout the Los Angeles
Bob graduated from UCLA and is a 25 year resident of Manhattan
Beach, where he currently resides with his two children. A sports
enthusiast who enjoys playing, watching and travelling to sporting
events, he has been to 27 Final Fours to date.
L’MAR KOJANI focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of investment property throughout Los Angeles
and north Orange County. Having grown up in a family of real estate developers in the South Bay, L'Mar
has been involved in this industry his entire life. He and his family have decades of experience in real
estate development from building homes in the South Bay beach cities and Beverly Hills to developing a
distribution and logistics hub for their clothing manufacturing company. L'Mar's extensive background in
commercial and residential investment projects gives him the ability to help clients avoid common
missteps while building their asset wealth. Having lived abroad for many years, L’Mar takes pride in

ALLYN EMERY has an extensive background in real estate. As a real estate attorney and

investor in a number of multi-family properties. Allyn no longer practices law. He now focuses
on putting himself into the shoes of his clients to determine their needs and goals, and uses his
experience to help them achieve those goals. As a native Los Angeleno, he knows the Southern
California market and has a wide network of clients and investors in the area.
CONNOR VARTANIAN focuses on multi-family sales and retail leases in and around the South Bay, Long
Beach, and Orange County.
Prior to joining The Ensbury Group, Connor worked for Hoyt Realty & Investments where he specialized
in office, medical, and retail sales and leasing in Los Angeles, Long Beach and Orange Counties.
Connor graduated from the University of Arizona.
JUAN ESCOBAR brings an enthusiastic energy and infectious spirit to The Ensbury Group.
Born and raised in Inglewood, Juan began his career in real estate in 2001 originating refinance
and purchase loans and then thereafter he transitioned into the commercial and residential fields.
With a construction background, Juan has been certified by the Building & Safety Code
Enforcement Department which has given him experience that has allowed him to finesse and
master his knowledge in residential and commercial properties. Juan specializes in Inglewood
multi-family, residential, vacant land, retail and leasing transactions. Juan currently resides in
Inglewood with his wife, son and daughter.
